Summer Music Programs
Half Day Camps in July and August
Small classes maximum 5 students for each session. Call 403 454-0681 or email info@avenuemusic.ca for more information or to register. Sessions are $195.00 for a one week program.
July 8-12
9 am – 12 pm : Ukulele For Kids Ages 6-7
We will learn ukulele basics, chords and fun songs to sing and play. This course is perfect for beginners. Mahalo ukulele and bag included.
1 – 4 pm : Ukulele For Kids Ages 8- 9
We will learn chords strumming patterns, notation and fun songs to sing and play. This course is for beginners or those students with some ukulele experience. Mahalo ukulele and bag included.
July 15- 19
9 am – 12 pm : Introduction to Music Ages 4- 6
Fun with singing, rhythm and instruments. This course is for beginners.
1 – 4 pm : Introduction to Roots, Country and Blues Instruments Ages 10 – 13
Try guitar, banjo, mandolin, dobro, upright bass and ensemble playing. For students of all levels.
August 12 -16
9 am – 12 pm : Introduction to Music Ages 4- 6
Fun with singing, rhythm and instruments. This course is for beginners.
1 – 4 pm : Kids Guitar Ages 9-12
We will work on strumming & singing, ensemble playing and notation. This course is for students with some previous guitar experience.
August 19 -23
